These terms govern your use of the ek77 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By registering with ek77 you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.

By accessing, registering on or using the ek77 platform – whether via the website at ek77.link or any associated mobile interface – you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ek77.

To use the betting, gaming or any other paid services on ek77, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a password of your choosing and confirmation of your date of birth. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
Each individual may hold only one active ek77 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or any other identifying details – is strictly prohibited. ek77 uses automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all related accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.
The ek77 platform is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is a firm minimum and is not subject to local convention or custom. ek77 takes the protection of minors seriously and will verify age where there is any doubt.
By creating an account you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are using the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent for another party, and that there are no legal restrictions in your jurisdiction that prevent you from using online betting or gaming services of this kind.
ek77 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no requirement to convert currency at any stage. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 200.
Deposits processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your ek77 balance instantly upon confirmation. IBFT bank transfers and card payments are credited promptly subject to banking network processing. ek77 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside ek77's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. ek77 does not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used for an inbound deposit on the same account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure funds return to verified source accounts.
Withdrawals to mobile wallets including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically processed within minutes of request confirmation. IBFT bank transfers complete within standard banking hours. There are no withdrawal fees charged by ek77. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
ek77 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements which will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all ek77 bonuses are set out below and take precedence where no specific terms are stated.
All sports bets placed on ek77 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to sport-specific rules available within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence.
Bets that are clearly placed in error or that exploit a pricing error will be voided at ek77's discretion. Members who identify what they believe to be a pricing error are encouraged to contact support rather than exploit it, as exploitation of errors is treated as a breach of these terms.
ek77's live casino and games products – including live dealer Teen Patti, Aviator, fishing games and virtual sports – are subject to these general terms and to any specific rules published within each game or product. For live dealer games, the results observed in the live video stream represent the official outcome of each round.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ek77. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, cancellation of outstanding bets, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
ek77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraud, prohibited conduct, terms violation or regulatory compliance requirements. In most cases ek77 will notify the account holder by the contact method registered on the account, though immediate suspension without prior notice may occur where circumstances require it.
Members may close their own ek77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the registered primary payment method within five working days, subject to completion of any required verification steps and provided no withdrawal restrictions are active.
ek77 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. All members have access to the following tools via their account settings, available at any time without requiring a support request: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, full bet and transaction history, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion requests submitted to ek77 take effect within 24 hours and are respected for the period requested by the member. During a self-exclusion period, ek77 will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. ek77 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. ek77's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the relevant transaction in dispute.
ek77 is not responsible for any failure of service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including network failures, payment gateway outages, regulatory interventions, natural events or force majeure. In such circumstances ek77 will take reasonable steps to restore normal service as quickly as practicable and communicate the situation to affected members.
ek77 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform at the time of the update.
The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Where a change to these terms materially affects your rights or obligations, ek77 will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
